Are you a smoker? Help us build our Smokin’ Shack!

The Smokin’ Shack will be built down the slope from Witch’s Rock, overlooking the lake. It will be easily accessible from beside the sauna or via the front lawn, but far enough away from the main building and other common areas to be respectful of non-smokers.

The Shack will be built in several phases, over time as funds accrue. The steps are:

1. installing a (temporary) smoking tent in a nearby location (COMPLETE)
2. building the platform
3. putting a pavilion on the platform
4. erecting the roof
5. filling in the back wall (including door and shelves)
6. screening in the other three walls
7. creating translucent storm windows to cover the screens
8. furnishing the Shack
