WHAT IS THE “SEND A LITTLE TO CAMP” PROGRAM?
The Send A Little To Camp (“SALTC”) program was established by the organizers as a means of providing financial assistance to individuals who are looking to attend TOMKAT, but may be experiencing financial difficulties or other hardships, which may put a strain on their ability to attend. As we wish to try and be as accommodating and accessible to attendees as possible, the SALTC program is funded from a portion of camp proceeds, activities at camp, and donations from attendees and sponsors. Individuals can apply into this program for each camp event; if accepted, financial relief can be provided to the applicant.
HOW “SEND A LITTLE TO CAMP” WORKS:
Complete the registration form for the event you wish to attend, and select the option to apply to SALTC. If you have questions or concerns around the questions or information required, please reach out directly to the leadership team at leadership@tomkatcamp.ca.
The Board of Directors will review all application submissions and notify each applicant as to whether they were accepted under the program or not (if accepted, the Board of Directors will also communicate the amount of financial relief provided to the applicant).
For accepted SALTC applicants, we will send you a payment link with your reduced registration fee.
